If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. **Please note we do not cover shipping costs on returned games.**
Here’s the scoop. There are two categories for returns:
#1 Exchanges for Damaged Game/Incorrect Orders:
1. For games that arrive damaged because of transit, please take a few pictures of the external shipping box as well as the board game box itself (this helps us with any claims made to the carrier).
2. Please reach out to us via email at email@example.com or call (706) 313-0842 to let us know what is going on.
3. If the game is damaged, we can plan to either offer you a refund or send you another copy of the game (we will require photos to issue a refund/exchange).
4. If we sent you the wrong order, we can also plan to issue a refund/exchange.
#2 Change of Heart: How to Return an Unopened Game for a Refund:
1. If you have a game that was purchased on our website and is still in its shrinkwrap, unopened and unused, it is eligible to be returned. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
2. We do not cover shipping costs for the return. Customers are responsible for returning the game in the same condition they received it.
3. You’ll need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at (706) 313-0842 and ask for a return shipping label.
4. If returning a game, please DO NOT treat the game box as the shipping box. The box we shipped with will be perfect as we prefer to reuse and recycle. If you use the game box as the shipping box, we will not be able to accept the return and won’t be able to issue a refund.
5. Drop off the game at any USPS location with shipping label.
6. When we receive the game, we will issue a refund equal to the original payment method, minus the shipping cost for the return.
If you don’t want a prepaid USPS return label or if you live outside the contiguous U.S., you can mail the product(s) back to us using the carrier of your choice. Address the package to:

Make sure to send it prepaid and get tracking information for your package since you are responsible for it until we receive the goods. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the game.
